Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the CATALYSE Pty Ltd’s Family Audience Development Survey for CircuitWest. CATALYSE Pty Ltd can be contacted at Office 3, 996 Hay Street, Perth WA 6000 or by phone during working hours on 618 9212 1900 or by email lisa.lough@catalyse.com.au.

  2. The promotion commences at 8am AWST on Monday 24 April 2023 and closes at 5pm AWST on Friday 19 May 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).

The Competition

  1. There is one (1) prize pack valued at $340 to be provided by the Circuitwest to one (1) winner. The prize pack includes a $100 voucher for Spare Parts Puppet Theatre, $140 family pass for Barking Gecko Theatre and $100 voucher for the 2023 AWESOME Festival.

  2. The prize draw will take place on Friday 26 May 2023. All eligible entries will be entered into the draw.

  3. The judges will be two members of the CATALYSE Pty Ltd management team.

  4. The entries will be drawn, and one (1) winner will be determined at the registered office of CATALYSE Pty Ltd, being Office 3, 996 Hay Street, Perth, Western Australia on Friday 26 May 2023.

  5. Circuitwest will be advised of winning Entrant.

  6. Circuitwest will contact the winning Entrant and arrange delivery of the prize pack.

Entry into the Promotion

  1. Entry is open to respondents who are residents of Western Australia, who complete the Family Audience Development Survey in its entirety by 5pm on Friday 19 May 2023, and are not an employee or board member of Circuitwest, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre, Barking Gecko Theatre, AWESOME Festival, Albany Entertainment Centre, Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre, Esperance Civic Centre, Goldfields Arts Centre, or Arts Margaret River. 

  2. Only one entry per person will go into the draw for the prize (an “Entrant”).

  3. CATALYSE Pty Ltd has sole and unfettered discretion to determine the result in the event of any uncertainty or dispute.

  4. CATALYSE Pty Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify anyone who CATALYSE Pty Ltd has reason to believe has not or does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, has tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Failure to enforce any of its rights at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

  5. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the CATALYSE Pty Ltd, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, CATALYSE Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify any Entrant subject to any directions required from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

  6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, and each survey participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts thereof.
