What is the CULTYR® Employee Scorecard?
The CULTYR® Employee Scorecard is a confidential research tool administered by CATALYSE®. Its purpose is to give employees an opportunity to rate the organisation they work for and offer suggestions to improve the workplace.

What is the purpose of this study?
The CULTYR® Employee Scorecard aims to understand staff experiences, satisfaction, and engagement levels in the areas of leadership, communication and benefits. Your feedback will help shape workplace improvements and enhance employee wellbeing.
Who should participate in this study?
All staff members are encouraged to participate. Every response is valuable and contributes to an improved work environment, where staff ideally feel respected, engaged and motivated to perform their roles.
How can I complete the CULTYR® Employee Scorecard?
CATALYSE® will send you an email invitation containing a secure link to access and complete a confidential CULTYR® Employee Scorecard online.
How long will it take to complete the scorecard?
The scorecard is likely to take 7-10 mins to complete. It consists of a mix of multiple-choice and open-ended questions. The scorecard may take longer to complete if you’d like to spend more time describing your thoughts and ideas in the open-ended questions.
Can I skip questions if I don’t want to answer them?
Yes. While you are encouraged to answer all questions, you may choose to skip any question you prefer not to answer.
How will my responses be used?
The responses will be received and analysed by CATALYSE® who will report key themes, trends, and areas for improvement. The data will help inform decisions on workplace policies, programs, and initiatives.
Who will see my responses?
CATALYSE® collects and processes all responses provided during a scorecard project. All responses are de-identified prior to analysis and reporting. Only aggregated responses and anonymous comments are shared in the reporting of data.
Is the scorecard confidential?
Yes, all responses are anonymous, confidential and private. The data collection, analysis and reporting are all completed by CATALYSE®. Results will be supplied in aggregate format with comments provided anonymously.
Why do you collect demographic data?
Demographic data is collected to a) check the sample of participants is representative of the workforce and b) to understand how views may vary across the organisation by segments of interest, such as area of work, tenure and gender. To ensure individual results remain private and confidential, results are only reported by segment when there are at least five (5) respondents in the segment.
Can I be identified by my responses?
No, individual responses cannot be identified. CATALYSE® only shares aggregated data and comments are provided anonymously.
Will my organisation know if I completed a scorecard?
No, your organisation will not know if you have completed a scorecard or not. Your participation in this study is confidential.
What happens after the scorecard report is received by my organisation?
Typically, the organisation’s leadership team will review the results, develop action plans, and implement necessary changes based on scorecard feedback provided by staff.
Will I receive feedback on the scorecard results?
Organisations typically make a scorecard report available to employees, and many facilitate workplace presentations or workshops to discuss key findings. Please ask your Manager for further information about how results will be shared.
